"Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision.  The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives.  It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results."

- Andrew Carnegie

Mary Helen Wright, Owner & Lead Concierge

The concept for SPC has been evolving and emerging my entire adult life.  Raising four children and supporting my husband in his family-owned business were my priorities, but the idea of a personal concierge was always on my mind.  As I begin a new chapter in life, I find myself with the time and resources to make my dream and helping others become a reality.

With a Master's degree in Lifespan Development and Gerontology and continued education through workshops and seminars in senior living, I bring both knowledge and experience to this endeavor.  I have a lifetime of service to older adults through Mobile Meals, consulting in activities for assisted living homes, and serving on the Board of Directors for Rockynol Retirement Community and Senior Independence.  We have assembled an outstanding team and forged partnerships with professionals who will join us in making SPC a trusted resource for the Northeast Ohio community.

Our success will be defined by the service we provide our clients.  It is our goal to allow their voices to shape, refine and grow our services.

Greg Perry, Dir. of Development

A graduate of The Ohio State University with joint degrees in marketing and business education and Mary Grove College with a Master's in Education, Greg serves as a Partner and Director of Development for SPC.  Initially considering teaching as his "fallback" career, Greg has 20+ years experience teaching marketing, entrepreneurship and business while also operating Re-Design, his own interior design company.

With a non-traditional approach in educating young people teaching skills that include networking, managing student-operated businesses, economic development and professionalism, Greg has orchestrated nationally recognized student business organizations that serve many cities on Cleveland's East Side and inspired his students to launch the largest green business expo ever staged in Ohio.  Organizations include The Green Dream, Entrovation and Benny's Spirit Shop.

With a focus on sustainability, health and wellness, The Green Dream successfully built the Ultimate Green Classroom, serving as a national model for green schools, businesses and homes.

Greg is a Junior Achievement Hall of Fame Teacher, the recipient of the Heart of Green Local Hero Award from The Daily Green, a featured educator in The Burton D. Morgan Foundation's 2013 Annual Report, and an inspiration to thousands of today's young professionals.

In addition to molding the young minds of tomorrow's most accomplished generation, Greg has been a professional designer for 20+ years, helping clients transform their homes across the United States.  Greg's eye for design has made a difference in the way people enjoy life and their surroundings, making it an equally rewarding career.

Growing up on Catawba Island, Greg developed a love of water and boating early in life, cruising the world aboard uniquely luxurious yachts.  When not working to  improve the lives of others, you can find him gazing over Sandusky Bay's horizon aboard Kismet with his two rescue Boxers.

T. Scott Kravitz, GM & Concierge

A graduate of Bowling Green State University's Sport Management and Entrepreneurship programs, Scott joined Senior Premier Concierge in 2015 to serve as General Manager.  Scott brings a unique perspective to SPC , drawing upon 10+ years of experience working with C-level executives, high-profile brands, sports and entertainment properties and special events across multiple event operation and sponsorship platforms.

Prior to joining SPC, Scott served as the Director of Event Operations for an event management and security company in the Southeastern region of the United States where he lead all day-to-day and event and business operations.  His problem-solving skills, quick thinking and attention to detail were enhanced through training from the Department of Homeland Security in Sports and Special Event Incident Management.

Originally from Highland Heights, Ohio, Scott's passion and ability to make a difference is what led him home by way of Charleston, South Carolina.  Joining Mary Helen and Greg in launching SPC allows Scott to use his expertise in lifestyle management in the Cleveland area to serve the community.

As an automobile, animal and technology enthusiast, Scott currently resides in Lyndhurst, Ohio with his wife, rescue Boxer and rescue cat.  He is hopeful that this year the city of Cleveland will see a major sports championship.  (His dream finally came true in 2016!)

Why SPC?

I want to make sure there are readily-available, trusted and capable individuals in my parent's community when the time comes for them to rely on a concierge.  My sisters and I may not always be available, so it is imperative that our family retains a personal concierge; effectively adding an additional family member to call upon.

Senior Premier Concierge (SPC) has been an incredible help to me. Scott always does an “over the top” job for everything from transportation to and from the airport, to the unpacking of moving to a new household, the organization of closets or cupboards in a home or office, the repair of furniture or other items, and help with computers, printers, and phones. Not only is he capable with a large variety of tasks and functions, he is courteous, reliable and professional.

Mary Helen is directing a much needed service for older adults who need assistance in maintaining an independent lifestyle. Husband Bruce helps out so it’s a family affair.
